Blogger Banned

I think I found out why I cannot check any blogs on Blogger (mine or anyone elses’). I read in the newspaper on Sunday that after the 7/11 terrorist attacks in Bombay there was a ban on 4 blogs. The ISPs then, blocked ALL blogs or something like that. (I feel like I’m writing in a foreign language.) Some have been reopened some have not. I’m not sure what to do. Obviously, Blogger got blocked.
